Our Half Beef option provides approximately 250 lbs of locally raised, premium beef—ideal for families who love having a well-stocked freezer and a variety of cuts on hand. Choose between our customer-favorite standard cut or personalize it to your exact preferences.

Deposit: $200 due at time of order. Final pricing is based on the hanging weight and will be invoiced when your beef is ready for pickup.

Cut Options:

  • Standard Cut: Our most popular selections: cut, boxed up, and ready to go. No decisions need to be made. We'll start cutting ASAP for you!

  • Custom Cut: Want bone-in ribeyes, thicker cut steaks, or custom roast sizes? We’ll call you after you place an order to walk through the cut sheet with you one on one.

  • Freezer Space Required: 9–12 cubic feet

  • Cut Breakdown (by percentage):

    • 45% Ground Beef

    • 30% Steaks (e.g., ribeye, T-bone, sirloin)

    • 25% Roasts & Other Cuts (e.g., brisket, chuck, stew meat, short ribs)

Note:

Half Beef includes more specialty cuts like brisket, tri-tip, flank steak, and skirt steak.
