Our Whole Beef option offers the best value per pound and the full range of premium cuts—perfect for large families, group shares, or anyone wanting to fill the freezer with high-quality, locally raised beef. Choose our trusted standard cut or customize it to fit your exact preferences.

Deposit: $200 due at time of order. Final price is based on hanging weight and will be invoiced once your beef is ready for pickup.

Cut Options:

  • Standard Cut: Our most popular selections: cut, boxed up, and ready to go. No decisions need to be made. We'll start cutting ASAP for you!

  • Custom Cut: Want bone-in ribeyes, thicker cut steaks, or custom roast sizes? We’ll call you after you place an order to walk through the cut sheet with you one on one.

  • Approx. Take-Home Weight: 500 lbs

  • Freezer Space Required: 16–20 cubic feet

  • Cut Breakdown (by percentage):

    • 45% Ground Beef

    • 30% Steaks (e.g., ribeye, T-bone, sirloin, flank, skirt)

    • 25% Roasts & Other Cuts (e.g., brisket, chuck, stew meat, short ribs)

Whole Beef includes all available cuts, including specialty items like brisket, flank, skirt, and tri-tip.
